Q: Are the sunglasses UV protected?
A: All our sunglasses feature UV400 protection, shielding against 100% of ultraviolet rays.

Q: How do I take care of my eyewear?
A: Always store your eyewear in the protective case when not in use.
Clean your lenses with a microfiber cleaning cloth and avoid using soap and water.
Avoid leaving your eyewear upside down to avoid scratches.

Q: Where can I check the eyewear sizes and dimensions?
A: You can check the measurements of our eyewear in the "size & fit" section of its product page.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: At the moment shipping is only to the United Kingdom

Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders placed before 22:45 on business days will be dispatched the next day. Shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen shipping option.

Q: Can I change my address after I placed my order?
A: If you need to change your address after placing an order, please email info@syne-eyewear.com as soon as possible. Our customer care team will do their best to assist you. However, due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is processed. Please contact our customer care team, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Q: Why have I not received an order confirmation?
A: If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and all email folders again after 30 minutes. If you still haven't received it, contact our customer care team at info@syne-eyewear.com, and we will confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. If you're unsure whether your purchase went through, contact us before placing the order again.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your item has been dispatched, we will send you a notification email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

Q: I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing.
A: If your package arrives and it doesn't contain what you ordered, please contact our customer care team at hello@eyekonikeyewear.com. We promise that we will do everything we can to make sure that you get the correct product as soon as possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Due to our fast order processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is processed. For the fastest processing and shipping times, the shipping process begins immediately after your order is placed. Once the shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent, no changes can be made. Please contact our customer care team at info@syne-eyewear.com, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Q: What is the return and refund policy?
A: We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please click HERE to access our returns portal.

Q: I received the wrong items, what should I do?
A: We are very sorry to hear you received the wrong item. Please contact our customer care team at info@syne-eyewear.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.

Q: When will I be refunded?
A: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once issued, the refund will be effective within 1 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Q: How secure is my payment information?
A: All transactions are managed directly by our payment service provider, Shopify, using secure encryption and adhering to strict banking standards.

Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed again.
